Importance
of English in the work environment ( MEA )
AEC or the AEC is the
cooperation between the member countries of ASEAN is comprised of Brunei , the
Philippines , Indonesia , Cambodia , Laos , Malaysia , Myanmar , Singapore ,
Thailand , and Vietnam . Through MEA beginning in 2016 occurred implementation
of free trade in the ASEAN region .
An ASEAN economic
integration in the face of free trade between ASEAN countries . MEA is designed
to realize the ASEAN Insight 2020. Obviously with the implementation of the AEC
or AEC started in 2016 this will be increasingly fierce competition . And
businesses in Indonesia must be prepared to face the competition is very tight
from the ASEAN countries , and therefore have to prepare the English language
to attract the cooperation of a foreign country.
Understanding MEA . Entering
2016 , the ASEAN Economic Community ( AEC ) came into effect , including in
Indonesia . MEA was an abbreviation for the Indonesian language but in English
written in terms of the ASEAN Economic Community ( AEC ) .
English is an international
language that is used in communication , especially in the business world , one
example is in the communications business in asean countries are now in the MEA
( the Economic Community of ASEA ) .
Therefore, to enter into a
business or economic activities is very required to master the English language
, especially for business activities related to companies in countries
lain.kalau we have not or can not master the English how to face this MEA in
Indonesia , so the English language is important in the workplace and in other
business sectors .
